• The double room for single has 5 % discount.
• For a stay with minimum of 7 days there is 10 % discount.
• Discounts can't be accumlated.
• The stay of less than two days may be granted, at management's discretion, with an increase from 20 to 50 %.
• National holidays with the respective long weekend are classified like high season.
• The rates is comprensive of use of the swimming pool, private parking and a high quality typical italian breakfast.
• To have a food, is available for guests, a dining-room with a use of microwave and a gazebo in the garden.
• Every room is furnished of private bathroom, TV satellitar, air conditioned and fridge.
